Teaching Creative Writing in VR

UniVirtual Experience

HOST: Lorelle VanFossen

One of the hardest things to teach in VR is writing, yet Lorelle VanFossen and her team of writers, amateur and professional, have been using social VR to host a weekly Creative Writers Meetup for over four years, breaking all the rules. Join us for a discussion with writers on how to teach and encourage writing in VR.

The panel features Dr. Nancy Bixler, PhD, author and teacher of Communication Students at Skagit College, Washington, specializing in marketing communication and rhetoric; and Oscar Kevin (Ousikai), Software Engineer and BS in Computer Science graduate of the University of Virginia, block chain enthusiast, writer, violist, and VR developer.
