PAST EVENT

/\ Ravenhall Events presents 'It's Time To Move!

/\ How are you coping with social distancing, isolation and a changing world? Increasingly, instead of 'getting out', many of us are 'diving in' to VR in order to supplement our social and exercise needs. Are you looking to become better immersed in Virtual Reality? Let's stop feeling the controllers in our hands and simply be here, together!

/\ 'It's Time To Move!' is a half-hour activity session designed to increase individual ease of movement, practice hand-eye coordination and to gently elevate your heart rate. This class is appropriate for both seated and standing experiences. All fitness levels are welcome to join in the fun.
