Can We 3D Print A Heart Yet? Bioprinting! Science Fiction or Fact? Join Us Above Glasgow, Scotland!

Imagine Westworld-style 3D-printing of human tissues & organs. Lose a limb? Print a new one! Need a heart? You don't have to wait for someone else's to become available! If this sounds like science fiction, some of it still is, but we are surprisingly close... Bioprinting will be used to print human tissues and organs. It uses 3D-printing to combine cells, growth factors, and biomaterials to create tissues, organs, joints & ligaments. Join us in a 3D bioprinting lab floating above Glasgow, Scotland, the original venue for this week's 11th World Biomaterials Conference (now virtual). Our informal meetup is unaffiliated with Biomaterials, but we hope you'll also attend that event too, details here:
