XR Cultural Hertiage Preservation

Educators in VR Workshop

Educators in VR's Cultural Heritage Preservation team project meets regularly to discuss and share information about cultural heritage, history, landmarks, museums, and other man-made and natural preservation tips, techniques, apps, virtual worlds, and museums, helping us understand not just how to preserve and protect but enjoy our history in XR.

Join us in the Educators in VR Discord's Cultural Heritage Preservation channel for discussions, resources, and articles to help you learn more.

Educators in VR hosts weekly workshops in AltspaceVR on Tuesdays, as well as throughout the week for special events and team project meetups in AltspaceVR and other VR platforms. Started in AltspaceVR in 2018, Educators in VR has grown to over 3,000 members and hosts over 500 events in VR annually including conferences, classes, and workshops.

Join our Educators in VR AltspaceVR channel for updates to upcoming events. To get the most out of our growing community, join the conversation and browse through a vast bank of resources on our Educators in VR Discord, Facebook group, @educatorsvr Twitter, and website Educators in VR for information. We often live stream or record presentations and workshops on our Educators in VR YouTube channel.
