How to Produce a Virtual Conference

Educators in VR Workshop

Educators in VR produced the world's largest virtual conference in February and offers their tips and techniques for producing a virtual meeting, workshop, and conference. With many events cancelled due to COVID-19, and businesses closing, this is an opportunity to learn the basics of how to flip from real world to virtual conferencing.

The Educators in VR featured 170+ international speakers in 150 events on 5 virtual platforms over 6 days with 75 volunteers and about 6,000 event attendees.

Educators in VR hosts weekly workshops on Tuesday and workshops, classes, and trainings throughout the week in AltspaceVR and hosts a variety of events in ENGAGE, rumii, Mozilla Hubs, Somnium Space, and more.
